Eye Dynamics, Inc. (OTCBB:EYDY) is pleased to report that the second quarter of 2004 was profitable and is the seventh consecutive quarter that the company has achieved profitability.

After tax profit of $68,000 for the second quarter is less than the same quarter in 2003. Year to date earnings per share of $0.01 is the same as the first half of 2003.

Medicare continues to scrutinize reimbursements for ENG tests. Many potential buyers have delayed their capital purchases until the situation regarding reimbursements from Medicare is clarified. Eye Dynamics is adjusting to this situation by controlling its costs. Although total revenues for the first half year are down 21% compared to the same period of 2003, percent of profit on revenues for the first half year was a healthy 19% with a gross profit of 52% being attained.

With over one-half million cash reserves, and very little debt, Eye Dynamics will actively seek other products that have a sales synergy with its medical product line as well as potential merger/acquisition candidates.
